On Monday the 26th of March 2007 the "Grappa and Acquaviti Tasters" of Vicenza organized a tasting evening with the presence of the five Vicentine distillers, in which the Grappa of each producer was paired with a specific chocolate.
The tasting took place at Vicenza.com Cafè in Piazza delle Erbe in Vicenza.
The Poli Distillery presented his Poli Barrique, a Grappa aged 13 years in oak barrels, combined with chocolate filled with liquid Grappa produced by Camille Bloch, historic producer of Swiss chocolate.
