We made a tasty discovery when we last were in Sweden: it’s called “toast skagen”, a typical slice of toast topped with fresh shrimps and flavoured with dill, it makes a great match with our Grappa !
This delicious snack was offered during the Grappa tasting tour in Stockholm to us. Earlier that day, we had performed a class on spirits at the Altia Academy.
The tour was carried on that day on the terrace of F12, a well renowned restaurant run by the Orangeriet group.
At last, a guided tasting was performed at the whisky society in Strängnäs.
