We celebrated Halloween with a special night: a Grappa inspired dinner with our spirits.
A unique 5-course menu served in a great venue such as Ristorante Tarantola in Appiano Gentile (Como).
A sensorial experience brought to life by talented Chef Vittorio Tarantola and the whole Tarantola family and that we want to share with you:
Appetizer: Raw tuna, white celery, valerian, chicory, grapes and Gewürz Traminer Grappa PO' di Poli Aromatica.
First course: Risotto, Treviso chicory coated with caramel and flavoured with Bassano Classica Grappa, guinea fowl Bolognaise and mushrooms.
Second course: Barili di Torcolato flavoured Foie Gras, yellow pumpkin and chestnuts with vanilla.
Pre-dessert: Pomegranate sorbet, Airone Rosso and crunchy orange.
Dessert: Dark chocolate cream, nut biscuit, Cleopatra Amarone Oro and Martina pear compote.
