On the last 31th july 2013, on a hot half summer afternoon, not less then 40 Patisserie students of the ALMA, the international cooking school of Colorna (PR) have come to pay a visit in our Distillery.
The students have followed with attention the visit in the Distillery and have appreciated the speech of Jacopo, in which he explained the potential of the distillate of marc, before they were guided to the degustation in the cellars.
With curiosity they followed the degustation and we think, on their back home, they have spared a thought on creating new combinations between Grappa and sweets.
