Hotellerie School of Dolo Visit

On Tuesday the 13th of April 2010, we received a group of Students of the Hotellerie School of Dolo.

Jacopo Poli taught them the most important aspects of spirits and in details the reason why Grappa is considered a unique distillate in the world.
He then guided the group through the Distillery and to the final Grappa Tasting!
