Just like in the last two couple of weeks, the whole team at the Poli distillery shaked hands with a group made up of 12 wannabe Grappamakers... and sent them to work hard straight away! One has loaded fresh grape marc, the other has unloaded it three hours later, someone tasted the different blends with our technician Roberto, someon else was busy bottling Grappa.
