The distilling season 2014 has just begun and the Poli family asked some customers to help them out with manifacturing Grappa with our artisanal still.
This event is called "Grappamakers for one day" and the first meeting was performed last september 15th 2014: our special guests
were owners of venues and Grappa retailers living in the province of Arezzo, taken to Schiavon by the local sales agent, Mr. Monticelli.
Their aprons on, our friends from Tuscany loaded and distilled the grape marc, cut "heads and tails" to later join our technician Roberto in his laboratory, where they commented on the hard working day and the results.
Distilling is life here at the Poli distillery: for all of us in the company and for our customers, it is nice to share such an interesting day.
