On Friday the 28th of September 2007 we had the pleasure to host mr. Giuliano Hazan with some of the students of his cooking class from the US.
Giuliano Hazan is a famous chef and the author of the best-selling cookbooks "Every Night Italian" and "How to Cook Italian". He teaches Italian cooking classes throughout the U.S. and abroad.
The visitors, welcomed by Jacopo Poli, could see the ancient copper still (set up in the 1898) and the Distillery facilities. In the end they had a Grappa tasting session into the cellar.
