Ingredients:

¾ oz (2,2 cl) Poli Barrique
1¼ oz (3,75 cl) Esprit de June
Garnish: cherry

Preparation:

Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass. Cool them down with a bar spoon. Pour the content into a chilled Martini glass. Add a cherry to decorate.
