“Shake and Strain” Technique
Ingredients
45 ml PO' di Poli Morbida
15 ml Poli Elisir Camomilla
15 ml Honey mix
22.5 ml Fresh lemon juice
10 ml Egg white
Preparation
Add the ingredients into a shaker and shake vigorously.
Serve in a tumbler glass and garnish with white grapes.
