After enjoying 16 different meetings to introduce Grappa as a way of life to local hotels and restaurants owners in the Northern Italy, Jacopo and Alberto made their way to Central Italy, and eventually reached Magliano Sabina, sitting on a hill above the Tiber valley, to hold the 17th edition of Round Table Italia, on the 15th of February 2012 at hotel "Degli Angeli".
Being Grappa a pure northern italian product, locals needed to get acquainted with it: they could have hardly found a better teacher than our Gappa wizard, we guess.
Jacopo was eventually awarded with a special "Sarpa Barrique flambee lamb" and "Honey Grappa and sultana pork liver" by the restaurant chef ... easier eaten and enjoyed than said ! Cheers !
