Pacini Restaurants staff visit (Montreal - Québec)

On the 10th of May 2007, we had the pleasure to host some members of the Restaurant Pacini inc. staff (Montreal - Quebec), a  chain of more than 20 restaurants located all over Québec.

The Pacini Restaurants offer to their customers a menu based  on the cuisine of the Italian tradition.

The members of the staff (Kalim Dolas, Sébastien Sicard-Dequoy, Janika Fortin and Alex Lemelin) were accompained by Mr. Fréderic Chabot (Executive Chef - Director R&D).
