OIV - Organisation Internationale de la Vigne et du Vin visit

On Wednesday the 06th of April 2011, we received a group of Students of the Master OIV - Organisation Internationale de la vigne et du vin.

Jacopo Poli taught them the most important aspects of spirits and in details the reason why Grappa is considered a unique distillate in the world. He guided the group through an intense Grappa Tasting and the alembic room.
