The French magazine Tasted, Winter's edition, dedicated a large article to the different aspects of the "Spirit of the Grape". The writer John U. Salvi M.W., first introduces Grappa with a general description, then goes in the heart of it talking about the history of Poli Grappa (family roots, location of Poli distillery and the Poli's distillation system).
He continues classifying the different categories of Grappa, explaining the evolution from a simple provider of calories and energy to a hedonistic pleasure and talking about production in Italy.
At the end we can be leaded from the writer into a Grappa tasting.
