On Saturday 26th September Jacopo Poli took part as a lecturer to the “Salotto del Gusto” (a cultural salon focused on local wine and food excellences) in Gorizia, within the event “Gusti di Frontiera” (Frontier flavours).
During the meeting organized by “Venezie Post” and the guide “Venezie a tavola”, the journalist Marisa Fumagalli set up a debate on how the most outstanding companies located in the Northeast area have been able to remodel and fit in a global market.
Andrea D’Osvaldo, from “D’Osvaldo Prosciutto di Cormons” (ham production), Dario Loison, “Loison” president (cakes and confectionary) e Gianni Menotti, (winemaker) also attended the meeting.
