Segretario di Stato, the new whisky by Poli
From the centuries-old experience of the Poli Distilleries in the art of distillation, the new Whisky "Segretario di Stato " is born.
Pure barley malt, water from the mount Grappa, 5 years ageing in oak barrels and elevation in Amarone barrels: an “eminent” spirit with a Venetian soul.
The first batch, bottled in December 2021, with an elegant wooden case, was produced in a limited edition with just 1898 pieces.
