Open Factory
On Sunday, 26th November 2017, at the event Open Factory, the sensorial experience created by the Poli Distillery is back, to stimulate taste, olfaction and emotions.
Open Factory is the most important opening of Venezie's industrial and manufacturing culture, initiative by VeneziePost and Goodnet.
The program by Open Factory
The Poli Family awaits for you at the Poli Distillery and at the Poli Grappa Museum in Schiavon (VI) to show you how Grappa is distilled with the artisanal system.
A guide will walk you through the different production departments until the tasting in the aging cellars.
The first visit will begin at 15:00, the last one at 17:30.
At the end of the guided tour every guest will enjoy our house aperitif, the Airone Rosso.
By great demand, the séances will be back!
The guests of Open Factory will be able to play with the Distillery’s spirits, for an olfactory challenge. You cannot miss this experience!
